About

Kansas City Kingdom was created by a 20-something year-old graduate student/high school teacher who longed for the NBA, but was having a hard time talking about it in a city where college basketball reigns supreme (i.e. Kansas City). On a visit to his hometown of Sacramento during Christmas break for the first time in two years, he attended a Sacramento Kings home game for the first time in four years. After the game, he realized how much he loved NBA basketball and the Kings and wanted to create a blog to satiate this interest and fandom for his hometown team from a city 1,717 miles away.

Kansas City Kingdom is a fan blog written by a basketball fan who has followed and covered the game of basketball at all levels. On this blog, he plans to write and analyze all aspects of the Kings from statistics and game analysis to even general basketball strategy and off-season issues. He has NBA League Pass, so he can follow the Kings whenever he wants, as well as NBA basketball whenever he wants (not easy to do with no local NBA team here in Kansas City).
